Today’s 9/11 in US.. in the afternoon the only thing I notice was that all flags were flown at half mast.. didn’t see any memorial service (but tv got show that the various fire stations across the U.S. held memorial service)

But watching tv at night, they were showing videos that was taken on that day, it was saddening.. seeing on tv again the whole duration from the plane clashing into the tower till the tower collapse.. seeing the firemen making their way towards the building.. going in but not coming out.. hearing the last few minutes of conversation between the firemen in the tower (telling each other the location of the fire.. to put out the fire at certain floors..) all the debris along the streets of NY after the collapse.. the helplessness of all police and firemen after the collapse..

a reminder of how many life were lost..
