First trip to University of Washington

9th September 2008 (U.S. Time)

All prepared for school!

Made my first trip to the uni today to check in with the school and settle admin stuff.. also went to sign up for orientation activities that are held during the next 2 weeks..

as i had to run around the different school buildings to settle stuff.. no time to take photos :(

even though they are many pretty things to take..
manage to only take a few shots..

Interior of the library looks like those in Hogwarts in Harry Potter Movies! (but i yet to enter to see for myself :p)

By the time i settled my admin stuff, it was already 2+pm.. and my parents and i headed to the street near the university to grab some food.. had Korean food! yummy!

and then went to get a phone line and opened a bank account :)

next few days wld have to try to look for off campus housing.. cause i went to check with the Housing Dept and they mentioned that most likely i wld be allocated to temporary housing until a permanant housing opens.. might take 1-2 months or even longer.. and temporary housing means staying in a room together with 10-20 ppl.. a big NO NO for me.. so hopefully i can find one before i have to move out off my motel and accept the temporary housing.. :(
